The rapidly increasing oil costs affect our costs for transport both by road and sea within Europe.
• For the customers who are currently covered by our general surcharges Fuel/Currency and BAF/SECA. We will revert to monthly updates from 2026-06-01.
• For our other customers, we have introduced a BAF Emergency which will be carried out on an monthly basis as from 2026-06-01. The current surcharge for July is 19,73 %, and is continuously adjusted depending on the development of the diesel price.
The adjustments will apply until further notice and are based on the continued developments in the Middle East and its impact on the fuel market. We are closely monitoring the current situation and follow the developments continuously.

The toll will apply to large parts of the Dutch motorway network as well as certain regional and municipal roads. This will result in increased costs for road transport to, from and through the Netherlands.
The Dutch road toll is a government-imposed cost increase and will therefore be applied as a separate surcharge, distinct from existing transport tariffs and other surcharges such as fuel surcharges.
The existing road toll in Belgium will also be updated, resulting in increased costs for transport to, from and through Belgium.
Following the implementation, we will closely monitor developments and the actual impact on costs. As soon as possible, we will publish the charge on our website.

The adjustment applies as from Monday, 2026-06-01 and concerns bookings/ transports shipped on and from the same date.
The reason for this change is that we no longer see the same fluctuations in fuel prices, although the levels remain high. We assess that this change will contribute to a simplified administration for our customers. 
The adjustments will apply until further notice and are based on the continued development in the Middle East and its impact on the fuel market. We are closely monitoring developments and continuously observing the current situation.

The price increase is entirely beyond our control and is classified as force majeure. 
The rapidly rising oil costs are affecting our transport costs both by road and by sea. 
•	For customers who today are covered by our general Fuel/Currency and BAF/SECA surcharges, a weekly adjustment will be introduced. 
•	For our other customers, we will introduce a BAF Emergency surcharge with weekly adjustment. This surcharge will initially be 12,13%, but will be adjusted continuously depending on the development of the diesel price. All adjustments apply to both road and sea transport.
The introduction of the weekly adjustment for Fuel/Currency, BAF/SECA, as well as the new BAF Emergency surcharge, will take effect on Tuesday 2026-03-10 and will begin to be invoiced on transports with a shipping date of 2026-03-10.
The adjustments will apply until further notice and are based on the ongoing development in the Middle East and its impact on the fuel market.
We are closely monitoring the current situation and are following developments continuously.
